After what seemed like the entire summer… oh wait it was… Julius C has emerged from the middle of nowhere quite victoriously.

How do we know we are victorious?

Cause we have so many awesome SILLY BANDZ… obvi… come on guys.

Silly Bandz aside… This summer was a complete blast. We played for over 15,000 kids at 32 camps! Tons of laughs, and a healthy dose of face melting. Don’t worry – we have insurance to cover this sort of thing…as it seems happen a lot.

So we need to send a big thank you out to all of the camps we went to this summer – you were all awesome.

Currently, we can all be found getting back into the flow of the real world. Look forward to more posts about whats coming up in September cause there is a lot going on!

I will leave you with some shots of our prized trophies from this summer’s intense SILLY BAND trading sessions.

Oh and if you are wondering why Jason’s and or Jay’s Silly Bandz don’t make an appearance… Jason sneaked away on vacation… and Jay…

Well, lets just say Jay has more Silly Bandz then all of us combined, and uh, he still hasn’t been able to pick out his favs.

-Mike

Tomorrow marks one week since the beginning of our 2010 camp tour, and we have wifi today, so it’s time for a quick update! We’ve played 4 shows so far, and they’ve all been amazing. We’ve played at camps in the middle of the woods, at a camp in Manhattan, and right near Penn State.

Highlights:
1. The picture featured up top, of all the campers at Grier Summer Camp with their Julius C tshirts.
2. The video, (here  Summer Camp Kids Choreograph My Broken Heart), of the new dance choreographed by campers at Camp Chen-A-Wanda for My Broken Heart.

See you guys at the next wifi spot!

-JC

DSC_0166_3415We had an awesome time at Rockwood on Tuesday, and really want to thank everyone who came out, despite threats of “snowmageddon”, or should we say, “snowpocalypse”…  Well, silly snowstorm nicknames aside, it really was a great night.  Check out the pics in the full post!

Snow ManOn Tuesday night, NYC announced that public schools would be closed on Wednesday because of snow, which in turn, made everyone think that the world was ending.  Then, it snowed, and the children of NYC spent their day sledding, playing games, and building snowmen (It wasn’t that big of a deal, it was just snow).  Well, we couldn’t sit home and miss out on the fun, so Mike and I went outside and built the biggest snowman we could.  Here are the pics for your enjoyment.

Yours in rock and snow,
Jason
